Pokhara News. Indian local authority has written a letter to Chief District Officer of Darchula district requesting to stop influx of Nepalese people in Gunji, Limpiadhura and Kalapani.
In a letter that has been signed by Anil Kumar Sukla, sub district head of Dharchula, India states that groups of Nepali have been illegally enchroaching in border areas of Gunji, Limpiadhura and Kalapani and have tried to enter India. The letter further states that the letter in intended to aware media and local authorities of both nation.
Nepal and India are having troubled relation since India published its revised map that claims Nepali land of Limpiadhura and Kalapani as its. India further deteriorated relation of two nation by constructing road to Kailash Mansarobar unilaterally in Nepali land.
In response to this, Nepal also issued its revised map enlisting Kalapani and Limpiadhura. Nepal has also strengthened its border presence in those areas by adding Border Out Posts of Armed Police Force.
